LnS Gallery is pleased to present Feedback, a focus exhibition by Tony Vazquez-Figueroa comprised of a powerfully intimate grouping of diptych photographs in the artist’s latest exploration of archival film interventions.

The titular reference calls to the paradox created by the foraging and utilization of oil. Vazquez-Figueroa pairs images of places in Florida affected by the oil industry – either destroyed environmentally or built off its economic strength – and injects layers of colored resin as a metaphor to the hovering detriment from this dependency.
